Delivery charges

For orders to the UK, we have three tiers of delivery charges:

For orders under £5.00, delivery costs £0.95

For orders between £5.00 and £30.00, delivery costs £2.49

For orders over £30.01, delivery is free. 

We are currently working to add international shipping to our shop. 

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of delivery. Wherever possible, we will try and send orders out on the same day. In busy periods, this may be longer. However, please note this timescale is indicative and not a contractual obligation. 

Most items are sent by Royal Mail second class post, and therefore you should expect delivery 3-5 days following dispatch.

Returns Policy

We’ll refund any items that are returned to us within 7 days, providing they are returned in the original packaging and unused. Refund will be provided by the original method of payment. We will ask that you arrange and pay for the return, unless they are faulty. Before making a return, please contact us on info@cclg.org.uk and we will let you know how to return items to us. 

Last orders for Christmas delivery

To ensure we can offer you the best prices on delivery, our orders are sent out by Royal Mail second class post. 

Orders placed by 1pm on Friday 18 December will be sent out that day. Royal Mail say this should arrive in time for Christmas, although they are currently experiencing delays so this cannot be guaranteed.

Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday 18 December will not be sent out until w/c 4 January 2020.
